THE WRITTEN APPEAL

Such applications shall be filed by courier, by mail, during a personal reception, and also by making comments and(or) sentences in the book of comments and suggestions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CITIZENS
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On appeals of citizens and legal entities" of 18.07.2011 №300-Z written (email) appeal citizen must necessarily contain:
• surname, name, patronymic or initials of the citizen;
• the address of the place of residence (place of stay) and(or) place of work (study) citizen;
• statement of purpose;
• personal signature of the citizen;
• electronic address must contain the email address of the citizen.
Left without consideration on the merits of the written (electronic) treatment that (which):
• they are not stated in Belarusian or Russian language;
• do not contain the surname, own name, patronymic, address of place of residence (stay) citizen;
• contain text that is illegible;
• contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
• subject to review in accordance with the legislation on constitutional proceedings, civil, civil procedural, economic procedural, criminal-procedural legislation, the legislation governing the administrative process, the legislation on administrative procedures or in accordance with the legislative acts stipulate any other procedure for submission and consideration of such appeals;
• contain matters not relevant to the activity and competence of the OJSC "Smorgon assembly plant";
• skipped without a good reason, the deadline for the submission of the complaint;
• resubmit the request if it has already been considered on merits and it does not contain new facts relevant to the consideration of the appeal on the merits;
• the applicant terminated the correspondence provided in the application questions.
Oral requests may be left without consideration on the merits, if:
• not presented documents proving the applicant's identity documents (the documents confirming powers of the representative of the applicant);
• requests contain issues that are not within the competence of the organization which conducted personal reception;
• the applicant during personal reception has been given an exhaustive response to his questions, or correspondence with the applicant on such issues was discontinued;
• the applicant during the personal reception allows using obscene or offensive words or expressions.
