The Republican Unitary Enterprise "Smorgon Assembly Plant" comes as a part of Production Association "Minsk Tractor Works". Its labour force is about 1200 people, it occupies an area of about 100 hectares. Throughout its history the enterprise exported production of its own manufacture to more than 20 countries of near and far abroad. The system of quality which corresponds to requirements of standard ISO 9001-2001 is introduced at the enterprise. Distinctive feature of all techniques let out by factory - mobility, universality, reliability, profitability and unification between models.

Today the enterprise lets out mini-tractors and motor cultivators with wide assortment of the hinged equipment for agricultural and municipal works, gardening tractors "Belarus" 921, 8- and 9-cased ploughs to high-power tractors “Belarus” manufactured by P/A “MTW”, shaft machinery and skidding reactors. The mini-techniques is equipped by engines "Honda" (Japan) and "Kipor" (China) from 9 to 13 h.p. Besides, the factory produces harvesting-loading machinery on the basis of tractors “МТЗ”: harvesting/loading machinery “Belarus” МУП-750 and harvesting machinery “Belarus” 82МК-01.

The enterprise is placed at the following address: Smorgon, Grodno region, Belarus, Industrial Avenue, 27. The region possesses considerable export both investment potential and the international infrastructure. There is well developed highway and railway system. The enterprise is placed at the distance of 120 km from Minsk, 80 km from Vilnius (Lithuania), 900 km from Moscow (Russia). The nearest seaports are situated in the cities of Kaliningrad (Russia), Klaipeda (Lithuania), Riga (Latvia). RUE "SAP" is served by "Smorgon" station of the Belarus railway.
