The Belarus tractor unit, complete with agricultural machinery and implements, can be used to perform various jobs on small plots of land with light soils: plowing, cultivating, harrowing, harvesting grasses, hoeing potatoes and beets, and transporting goods. In addition, the tillerblock can serve as a drive for a forage grinder, a circular saw, a pump and other machines and implements needed in the auxiliary farm.

Transmission: multi-disc clutch, permanently closed, operating in an oil bath with manual control; transmission is mechanical, stepped, with permanent gear engagement. The power take-off shaft is rear, dependent, 1200 rpm at 3500 rpm of the engine.
Motor unit control:
a) fuel supply control – lever with cable drive;
b) control of the gearbox by levers through the traction system;
c) control of the power take–off shaft by a lever on the transmission housing;
d) differential lock lever control via traction system;
e) steering – rod, adjustable in height and in the horizontal plane with the possibility of switching to a reversible position to the left or right at an angle of 15 °;
f) braking system – a unit consisting of a motor unit and a trailer (brakes are installed on the trailer) equipped with brakes with the ability to brake the unit in motion and in parking.
