The warranty period for the products of JSC "Smorgon Aggregate Plant"

1. Install the products of JSC "Smorgon Aggregate Plant", produced starting in 2023, with the following warranty periods:

1.1. In case of sale on the market of the Republic of Belarus (subject to the operation of products on the territory of the Republic of Belarus):  1.1.1. For self-propelled agricultural machinery - tractors up to 2000 series (tractors "BELARUS-921/921.3", tractor "BELARUS-82.1") - 36 months from the date of commissioning, or 3000 operating hours (whichever comes earlier), but not more than 42 months from the date of sales;

1.1.2. For loading (BELARUS CBM-351 harvesting and loading machine), utility (BELARUS 82MK harvesting machine, 921MK harvesting machine), mining machines - 24 months from the date of commissioning or 2500 operating hours (whichever comes first), but not more than 30 months from implementation dates;

1.1.3. For non-agricultural implements (loader equipment P04, P10M and interchangeable working bodies, bulldozer equipment B18, 82.6-4712000, brush equipment Sh15; 82.6-4714000, loading equipment OP921, brush equipment Sh921, mounted blade OH921) - 24 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 30 months from the date of implementation;

1.1.4. For tillers, small tractors (mini tractors and small tractor "BELARUS-152"), vehicles (automobile trailer P05.02-01 "Belarus"):

- for individuals - 36 months from the date of purchase based on the relevant marks in the warranty card or payment documents;

- for legal entities - 36 months from the date of commissioning (in the absence of such a mark, the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of products based on the corresponding marks in the warranty card or payment documents), but not more than 42 months from the date of sale.

1.1.5. Attachments to small-sized machinery (plows, hoppers, cultivators, milling cutters, mowers, potato diggers, brushes, bulldozer equipment, loading equipment, dump, snowplow, trailer to a tillerblock):

- for individuals - 24 months from the date of purchase based on the relevant marks in the warranty card or payment documents;

- for legal lip - 24 months from the date of commissioning (in the absence of such a mark, the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the product on the basis of the corresponding marks in the warranty card or payment documents), but not more than 30 months from the date of sale.

1.2. When selling products to the markets of foreign countries and operating in the territory of foreign countries:

1.2.1. For tractors up to 2000 series - 24 months from the date of commissioning or 2500 operating hours (whichever comes first), but not more than 30 months from the date of sale;

1.2.2. For loading, utility, and mining machines - 12 months from the date of commissioning or 1,250 operating hours (whichever comes first), but not more than 18 months from the date of sale;

1.2.3. For non-agricultural implements - 12 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 18 months from the date of sales;

1.2.4. For small tractors - 24 months from the date of commissioning (in the absence of such a mark, the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the product based on the relevant marks in the warranty card or payment documents), but not more than 30 months from the date of sale.

1.2.5. For tillers and attachments to small-sized machinery, vehicles (automobile trailer No. 5.02-01 "Belarus") - 12 months from the date of commissioning (in the absence of such a mark, the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of products based on the relevant marks in the warranty card or payment documents), but not more than 18 months from the date of implementation.

2. Paid delivery by transport of JSC "SAZ" (only for machinery and attachments):

If you have ordered machinery or attachments, we can deliver it by our own transport of JSC SAZ. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the approved rates of JSC SAZ and depends on the distance and dimensions of the order.
