The return journey to the native plant: to new victories and successes

Dear friends and colleagues! It's thrilling to return to my beloved plant, but in a new role—as its manager. This is both a huge responsibility and a great privilege. I have the deepest respect for everyone who works here: those who have dedicated years of their lives to the plant, whose hard work and talent have shaped its history, its reputation, and its products, which are known far beyond our country's borders, as well as those who are just beginning their journey.

It won't be easy. Hard work awaits us. But I am absolutely confident in our abilities. I am confident because I see before me not just a "staff," but a strong, united team of professionals.

Chairman of the district executive committee Andrey Gordey introduced the new director to the staff of the Smorgon Aggregate Plant 

The appointment was preceded by a personnel reshuffle:

The previous plant director, Alexander Burko, moved to a new position – First Deputy General Director of the Minsk Tractor Plant.

Andrey Gordey thanked Alexander Burko for his work as the head of the enterprise, which he took over in 2020.

Addressing Alexander Gakut, Andrey Gordey encouraged him to work smoothly.

"It's difficult for any leader without support, without the backing of his team. No matter how knowledgeable and professional he is, achieving high results without reliable colleagues is difficult," the district executive committee chairman emphasized.

Smorgon Aggregate Plant took part in a dealer conference held at MTZ-Sibir Trading House (Novosibirsk).

As part of the program to expand Belarusian exports and strengthen interstate ties, representatives of the Smorgon Aggregate Plant's management—the Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs and the Deputy Director for Economics—participated in a dealer conference held at MTZ-Sibir Trading House (Novosibirsk).

The event provided an excellent platform for strengthening ties and showcasing our potential. During the visit, our specialists presented a comprehensive presentation on the plant's current status and detailed the range of equipment and components manufactured.

Constructive negotiations with local dealers were held, during which prospects for mutually beneficial partnerships, supply terms, and opportunities for expanding the presence of SAZ products in the Siberian and Far Eastern Federal Districts of the Russian Federation were identified.

There is no doubt that this new round of cooperation will open up additional mutually beneficial opportunities for the plant and our Siberian partners! Our work is focused on achieving a common goal. Together, we will make our equipment recognizable and accessible to consumers beyond the Urals!

Memorial Day of the Internationalist Soldiers 

On February 15, we celebrated the Memorial Day of the Internationalist Soldiers, this holiday symbolizes courage, loyalty to the oath and military brotherhood. This is a day of deep respect for the heroes who honestly fulfilled their military duty. Words of gratitude and respect were expressed to Afghan veterans working at our enterprise from the mouth of the head, A.O. Gakutya, on the eve of the holiday at a meeting dedicated to this memorable date. At a solemn rally near the monument to the internationalist soldiers, representatives of the plant laid flowers in memory of those who did not return from the blood-stained land of Afghanistan. Dear veterans of the Afghan War! Your service is an example of patriotism. Thank you for your loyalty to the oath. I bow to the earth to you, soldiers of Belarus! Your heroism is an example for the younger generation of young people. We wish you good spirits, health, well-being, peace and warmth to your families.

The Smorgon Aggregate Plant summed up the results of the year with dealers and presented new prospects.

On December 5, 2025, a meeting of the company's dealers was held at JSC Smorgon Aggregate Plant. The event became a key platform for summarizing the results of joint work, discussing strategic plans and strengthening partnerships.

The central topic of the meeting was the results of the dealer network in 2025. Tamara Shevtsova, Deputy Director for Economics, delivered a detailed analytical report to the partners. In her report, she outlined key achievements, sales dynamics, and growth points.
Based on the results of the year's work, the best partners were identified and awarded. They were solemnly awarded diplomas of I, II and III degrees, which was a recognition of their significant contribution to the overall success.

An important part of the program was the presentation of the company's technical development. Dmitry Ivanovich Chizhevsky, Deputy Chief Engineer, highlighted in detail the main points of modernization of the existing range of equipment and presented promising models planned for market entry. 
A special Dialogue Platform was organized to provide feedback and answers to questions. The partners had the opportunity to discuss current issues with the plant's management in an open format.
The highlight of the day was an introductory tour of the production halls, which was also conducted by Dmitry Ivanovich Chizhevsky. Dealers were able to see firsthand the modern facilities of the enterprise, assembly technologies and quality control, which strengthened trust in the brand.

The meeting outlined the vector of successful cooperation for the next year, strengthened mutual understanding between the plant and its dealer network and outlined plans to achieve new common goals.

Konstantin Burak, Assistant to the President and Inspector for the Grodno region, visited the Smorgon Aggregate Plant

On October 17, Konstantin Burak, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Belarus, Inspector for the Grodno Region, paid a working visit to the Smorgon Aggregate Plant together with Tatyana Shcheberyako, Deputy Chairman of the district Executive Committee.
During the visit, the director of the enterprise, Alexander Burko, introduced the guests to a wide range of products and spoke in detail about the current directions and export volumes of the plant.
The key topic of the meeting was the discussion of further sales prospects. Konstantin Burak focused the attention of the plant's management on the need to diversify export flows. He noted that for sustainable growth, one should not limit oneself to the Russian market, and called for more active exploration of new areas, in particular, the markets of Africa and Asia.

Exhibition Belagro-2025

The largest agro-industrial exhibition "Belagro-2025" has ended! The exhibition was held at the Minsk International Exhibition Center "Severny Bereg" as part of the Belarusian Agro-Industrial Week from June 3-7, 2025. In 2025 part ICB took 545 companies from 14 countries, including Russia, Germany, Italy, China, Iran, Turkey, Vietnam and others. The total area of the exhibition is almost 39 thousand square meters. The focus is on advanced technologies of crop production, animal husbandry, poultry farming, processing and storage of products. More than 500 pieces of agricultural machinery and equipment from Belarusian and foreign manufacturers, including JSC Minsk Tractor Plant, JSC Gomselmash, JSC AMKODOR, JSC MAZ and others, were presented at the open site. JSC Minsk Tractor Plant and other enterprises of MTZ-HOLDING presented about 20 pieces of equipment at the exhibition.

The republican preventive action "On guard of digital security" has started

From May 26 to June 4, the republican preventive action "On guard of digital security" is taking place.  Law enforcement officers will carry out a set of measures aimed at raising public awareness of cyber threats and methods of countering them, developing skills for safe behavior in the digital environment, and taking effective measures to prevent crimes in this area.  Special attention is planned to be paid to vulnerable categories, such as minors and the elderly. The campaign also provides for extensive information and explanatory work on the procedure for the circulation of digital signs (tokens), potential risks and legal norms governing this area.

BELARUS equipment exhibition during the republican go-karting competition named after M.R. Reshetyan in Polotsk.

From May 17 to May 18, 2025, the Republican M.R. Reshetyan Karting Competitions were held at the Novaya Borovaya cartodrome in Polotsk. The organizers of the competition were the Education Department of the Polotsk Regional Executive Committee and JSC Minsk Tractor Works. It would seem that there is little in common between tractors and pictures, but in this case there is a connection with MTZ. The fact is that the competition is named after Moisei Reshetyan— the first director of MTZ. 

During the event, the audience was presented not only exciting competitions, but also an educational program. JSC "Smorgon Aggregate Plant" demonstrated demonstration performances of BELARUS mini tractors on the go-kart track.

TVT Show in Stankovo: motorcycle racing and adrenaline despite the rain!

Today, the Stankovo Eco—Tourism Center hosted a bright and spectacular event - the TVT Show (Tractors, buses, trucks), the main hit of which was motorcycle racing.  The participants of the competition demonstrated not only speed, but also the skill of driving motor blocks on a difficult track. 

They had to go through the "snake", masterfully enter the "garage", and also load and unload the wheels.  The Smorgon Aggregate Plant showed excellent results and took the honorable 2nd place.

On May 16, participants of regional competitions of sanitary squads and volunteer fire brigades gathered at the stadium of Secondary School No. 7 in Smorgon. 13 teams representing organizations and enterprises of the Smorgon district joined the fight for the title of the best.

Our team has confirmed its highest qualifications and as a result - 5 first places in various categories and the first team place.

We have renovated the offices, corridors and stairs. The heating and lighting systems in the offices have been updated, which allows our employees to feel comfortable even on frosty winter days. The corridors have become brighter and more comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere for work.

Год благоустройства только начался, а на нашем заводе уже активно реализуются мероприятия в данном направлении!

Мы провели ремонт кабинетов, коридоров и лестницы. В кабинетах была обновлена система отопления и освещения, что позволяет нашим сотрудникам чувствовать себя комфортно даже в морозные зимние дни. Коридоры стали светлее и уютнее, создавая приятную атмосферу для работы.
